(The Site, Applications, and all of lucemio’s services are collectively hereafter referred to as ”Service” or ”Services”).

name and title of company agent who registers to use our Service, a password and a valid email 
address as a login, industry information, and data related to company operations, and any other

and through use of our Service, and how we use that information in connection with the Service

1. Do we sell your private information?

Simply put, we do not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason, 
unless any of the exceptions outlined in Section 3 are met. lucemio uses and discloses your 
personal information only as follows: to analyze site usage and improve the Service; to deliver to
you any administrative notices, alerts and communications relevant to your use of the Service; to 
fulfill your requests for Service; for market research, project planning, troubleshooting problems, 
detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other criminal activity; to third-party contractors that 
provide services to lucemio and are bound by these same privacy restrictions; to enforce lucemio’s 
Terms of Service, and in any other manner as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

2. What information does lucemio obtain and how is it used?

Personal Information: We collect different kinds of personal information provided to us by users 
through our Site (collectively referred to as “Personally Identifiable Information”), which allow our 
users to access and use lucemio’s Service.

Personally Identifiable Information is captured only when a visitor accesses our online Service, or 
communicates with a lucemio representative (via mail, email, chat, VoIP call, phone call, virtual meeting, or in person), and willingly discloses information. This disclosure may occur when a visitor registers or 
requests to be registered for our Service, engages in transactions, contacts client service (via 
mail, email, chat, VoIP call, phone call, virtual meeting, or in person), or participates in contests, promotions, surveys, submit questions or concerns, uploads data, request suggestions or advice, or through any other aspect of initiating or receiving Service from lucemio.

Personally Identifiable Information includes: (i) ”Contact Data” (relating to your company such as its 
name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, name and title of company agent 
registering as the user for our Service); (ii) ”Financial Data” (if you make payment(s) to lucemio, we 
require you to provide your billing details, such as a name, address, email address and financial 
information corresponding to your payment method. If you provide a billing address, we will regard that as the location of the account holder); (iii) ”Company operational data” (relating to your industry, company head count, revenue, expenses, client transactional data, and any other information that would be required to fulfill and improve our Service to you).

We use the information collected to deliver and improve services, process payments, update our 
records, communicate with you about updates and services, personalize and improve your 
experience, and generally maintain your accounts with us.

When a user registers online, or request to be registered through another means (such as mail,
email, chat, VoIP call, phone call, virtual meeting, or in person) for our Service, lucemio may take steps to validate the payment information supplied to us to ensure it is accurate. When you fill in your name, email address, phone number and other information to sign up for our Service, we may retain the 
information even if you do not click ”Register” to complete the account setup process. We may use 
the information to contact you regarding lucemio's Services.

Your email address may be used to send you periodic product newsletters, whitepapers, 
promotions, surveys, offers and usage tips from lucemio. You can opt out of promotional emails at 
any time, but will still receive communications such as receipts, confirmation emails and client 
service updates that are considered necessary to provide the Service to you.

Data Retention: We will retain your information for long as is needed to provide you Services, to 
communicate with you about Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and 
to enforce our agreements. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use 
your information to provide you Services or communicate with you, please contact us at

Session Records: To maintain our quality of Service and to assist in the analysis of performance, we 
may also gather data on connection information, including the timing and size of all packets sent 
over the Internet during a session. The gathered information is used only to ensure the highest 
quality experience possible when using lucemio’s Service.

Security & Traffic Information: lucemio may use a number of internal and third-party methods to 
collect certain standard information about your computer for security and identification purposes. 
This information that we may collect (collectively “Visitor Data”) may include: IP addresses, domain 
names, access times, browser type and browser version, cookies, and other unique identifying 
information of machines that use our Service.

The internal servers and software that may be used by lucemio may automatically recognize Visitor 
Data. No Personally Identifiable Information will be revealed in this process. This information will be 
used for the operation of the Service, to identify and protect our clients and to control unauthorized use or abuse of our Services. All sensitive information will be encrypted during transmission and stored securely within the servers we use. The Site may also use Visitor Data to compile traffic data about the types of visitors who use the Site at specific intervals (collectively ”Traffic Data”).

lucemio may use the standard cookie feature of major browser applications and third-party 
providers, or employ internally developed cookies and tracking codes, that would allow lucemio to 
store a small piece of data on a visitor's computer, or any other device a visitor uses to access our 
Services, about his or her visit to the Site or use of Applications and other Services. lucemio would 
not capture Personally Identifiable Information in cookies or use cookies to mine Personally 
Identifiable Information.

We may use Traffic Data to analyze Site traffic, but this information would not be examined for 
Personally Identifiable Information. We may also use Traffic Data to diagnose problems with our 
server, administer our Site, or display content according to your preferences. Visitor Data and Traffic 
Data may also be shared with business partners, affiliates, or advertisers on an aggregated and 
anonymous basis.

Surveys: In addition to required account information, we may conduct surveys and ask users to 
volunteer demographic, company, and industry information to be used on an aggregate basis for 
internal market research, presentation to advertisers and joint research projects with outside 
companies involved in product or service development. We may use such information to better 
focus and personalize the scope of services offered to each individual user and will not disclose any

Testimonials: We may post publicly available testimonials we receive via social media channels such

Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies: In order to improve lucemio and to provide a more 
convenient and relevant user experience, we may use and contract with third parties who provide 
”cookies,” ”web beacons,” and similar devices to track activity on the Site. A cookie is a small 
amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a web server and can only be read by the 
server that gave it to you. It cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses.

A web beacon is a small transparent image that is embedded in an HTML page or email and used 
to track viewings its containing page or email. This device is similar to a cookie in that it tracks visits 
and the data can only be read by the server that provided the data. It is different than a cookie in 
that it is not browser-based, may not function as an identification card, and does not store any data 
on your computer. We may use web beacons to determine popular pages and effectiveness of 
communications. Our cookies would not be linked to personal information.

We and third parties may use local shared objects, also known as Flash cookies. Third-Parties, with 
whom we may partner to provide certain features on our Site or to display advertising based upon 
your Web browsing activity, use Flash cookies to collect and store information.

Flash cookies are different from browser cookies because of the amount of, type of, and how data

Web Analytics: We continuously improve our Site and may utilize different third-party web 
analytical tools to help us do so. We are interested in how visitors use our Site, what they like and 
dislike, and where they have problems. The web beacons that may be used in connection with our 
web analytics services do not share any personal information about our Site or our visitors with 
third parties. These tools may gather data such as what browser a person uses, what operating 
systems are used, what is downloaded, and what content, Services are reviewed when visiting or 
registering for Services on our Site. This information would be used solely to assist lucemio in
maintaining a more effective and useful Site for our clients.

We, or our third-party service providers acting on our behalf, may collect and track information 
including aggregate traffic patterns, domain names, browser types, MIME types and web pages 
visited before coming to our Site. To increase functionality and enhance your user experience, this 
information could at times be correlated with personal information about individual users.

Social Media Pages & Features: lucemio’s website includes internal links to social media webpages, 
which if clicked, take you to LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ and Facebook. These social media pages may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable any 
features from the social media pages to function properly. Social media features are hosted by a 
third-party. Your interactions with these social media features are governed by the privacy policy of 
the company providing it and not ours.

Calls & Electronic Communications: In the regular course of our business, lucemio may monitor 
and record VoIP or phone conversations, virtual meetings, or email communications or chats between you and lucemio representatives for training and quality assurance purposes. We may receive a 
confirmation when you open or click on content in an email from us, which will help us to make our 
communications to you more useful and interesting. If you do not wish to receive email from 
lucemio, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list by emailing us at unsubscribe@lucemio.com.

Best Practices:  In our continuous efforts to improve our Service we make, and will continue to 
make, constant efforts to identify, consolidate, and disseminate, in a way that does not identify our 
clients in any way shape or form, various industry best practices that are made possible by the 
methods, processes, models and any other materials or information that we collect from our Clients through the normal course of fulfilling our Service. These Client sourced best practices will be consolidated with the best practices that are formulated by lucemio’s own processes and internal research and development. As such, lucemio reserves the right, and by using the Service You agree to extend the right for lucemio to leverage any methods, processes, and/or models or any other materials or information that you may provide us with, by Uploading Data to our Site or by any other means that you may make it available to lucemio. In allowing lucemio to use you any methods, processes, or data models or any other materials or information that you may Upload, or share with us through any other means, you also agree to indemnify and hold lucemio harmless against any claim and/or liability resulting from such use of acquired methods, processes, and/or models or any other materials or information provided to lucemio.

lucemio will not edit or disclose any information regarding You or your Client Account, 
including any Uploaded Data, without your prior written permission, except as permitted by this 
Agreement or as required by applicable law. lucemio, however, will have unfettered access to 
Uploaded Data, or any other information that You may make available to us through any other 
means, as is necessary for us to fulfill our Service.

Remarketing/Retargeting: “Remarketing or retargeting” is a remarketing and behavioral targeting
service provided by but not limited to Google’s AdWords/DoubleClick and the Bing Yahoo Network 
(collectively herein referred to as our “third-party advertising companies”). A remarketing service connects the activity of www.lucemio.com with the third-party advertising companies. Personal data collected includes Cookie and Usage Data in the United States. The information is statistical, and cannot be tracked back to individuals, protecting your privacy. lucemio uses this information to advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site (for example, making an inquiry through our contact form). This could be in the form of an advertisement on the third-party advertising companies search results pages, or a site in the third-party advertising companies’ Display Networks. Third-party vendors, including our third-party advertising companies, use cookies to serve ads based on a person’s past visits to lucemio’s website and third-party owned landing webpages to provide better targeted advertising in the future. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy, as well as our third-party advertising companies’ respective privacy policies. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or Bing’s Ads Settings, or Yahoo’s Ads Settings.

You may also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Use of online systems by minors: Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of fourteen 
(14), and we request that these individuals do not provide personal information through the Online Systems.

3. With whom does lucemio share the information?

As previously stated, your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or otherwise disclose your 
personal information we obtain through the Site to third parties, except as described here.

We may share certain personal information we collect about you with our service providers who 
may perform functions on our behalf. Examples could include processing payment through 
merchant account services and other associated service providers to collect payment, sending 
postal mail and email, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and client service, and to 
assist in operational back-office activities. These service providers would not be authorized by us to 
use or disclose personal information except as needed to perform their functions or comply with 
legal requirements, and they would be instructed to not use it for any other purpose. Further, they

lucemio, may at times with the assistance of a third-party, may also use your Personally Identifiable 
Information to process the Services you order and to analyze our client demographics. Your 
Contact Data may be used to follow up with you on transactions you initiate through our Service, 
respond to inquiries made through our Service, inform you of changes to our Service, and to send 
you additional information about lucemio and its Services. Unless specifically authorized by you, we 
will not provide Personally Identifiable Information to third-parties for marketing purposes.

Contact Data and Traffic Data may be used to gather general statistics about our clients and 
visitors. We may use Demographic Data to generate collective information about our users, but not 
in a way that identifies any user specifically. For example, we may inform third parties about the
number of registered users and unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed.

We reserve the right to potentially disclose or transfer any information we have about you in the 
event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a

bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or 
the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be 
able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.

If such an event occurs, your Personally Identifiable Information may be treated like any other 
lucemio asset sold, transferred, or shared with third parties, or used in ways not contemplated or 
permitted under this Privacy Policy, without notice to you or your consent.

We also reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law or legal process, 
in response to a request by law enforcement authorities, subpoena, or when we believe that 
disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect our rights or to comply with the law or to prevent

activity.

Links to other sites: This Site may contain links to other websites, and other websites may maintain 
links to our Service, that are not owned or controlled by lucemio. These linked websites may have 
their own privacy policies which we strongly suggest you review. To the extent such websites are 
not owned or controlled by lucemio, we are not responsible for the website’s content or privacy 
practices.

We may work with third-party service providers that we do not own or control. Unless authorized 
by you, we do not provide your Personally Identifiable Information to any third-party service 
providers, except as explained in this Privacy Policy.

4. How can I review, correct, update or delete my personal information?

If you wish to change or review your personal information please contact us by emailing us at 
privacy@lucemio.com. To request the deletion of your information, please contact us as indicated 
above. We will respond to all deletion requests within thirty (30) business days.

5. How can I opt out of lucemio's collection, use and distribution of my information?

You may choose not to provide lucemio with Personally Identifiable Information or you may turn 
off cookies in your browser by changing its settings. If you make these decisions, you may continue 
to use our Site and browse its pages. However, lucemio cannot process registrations and Service requests without Personally Identifiable Information.

If you do not wish to receive promotional materials from lucemio, you may unsubscribe from our 
mailing list by emailing us at unsubscribe@lucemio.com. Generally, you may not opt-out of 
service-related communications, which are not promotional. If you do not wish to receive 
service-related communications, you may terminate your account by contacting us at 
support@lucemio.com. However, we strongly suggest that you read our Terms of Service before 
terminating your account with us.

6. How does lucemio commit to protect my information from loss, misuse, alteration, or other security breaches?

lucemio will strive to make certain that our servers and connections incorporates encryption and 
security devices from leading industry providers. lucemio will implement physical, electronic, and 
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect, and to protect against 
accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use of your
personal information. When you enter sensitive information on our registration or order forms (excluding subdomains on our Site) or upload data or download data, we will encrypt the transmission of that information using either Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption 
protocols and up to AES 256-bit encryption. This is the same functionality used by banks and 
popular e-commerce services for secure communication. Stored files saved on our vendor’s 
servers are also encrypted for an additional layer of security. GoDaddy SSL leverages SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption to protect any information provided through our online registration process.

Unfortunately, no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure and we therefore cannot 
guarantee the security of information you transmit to or from the Site, Applications, or through the use 
of our Services, and you provide and receive this information at your own risk.

9. When sending lucemio information for analysis, what should I remove?

It is our Clients and Users sole responsibility to ensure that they remove any confidential 
and Personally Identifiable Information that may relate to their clients, employees, vendors, 
and other parties. This Personally Identifiable Information includes, but is not limited to, credit 
card numbers, bank account numbers, personal mailing addresses, personal phone numbers, 
individual health records, social security numbers, and any other information that could be 
deemed as confidential by a reasonable person and that would be unnecessary for us to fulfill 
our Service. This Personally Identifiable Information could be contained in the information that 
Clients and Users provide in the course of lucemio fulfilling its Service, as such please 
exercise extreme caution when uploading data or providing us with information through any 
other means.
